Abstract submission

Guidelines for the Preparation and Submission of Abstracts

• Abstracts must be submitted in Azerbaijani or English.
• Only original research and case reports are accepted. Literature reviews are not accepted.
• Authors may choose either an oral or a poster presentation for their abstract. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the selected presentation format.
• The abstract must not exceed 2,500 characters, including spaces.
• The text must be formatted in Times New Roman, 11-point font.
• Abstracts must be prepared using the templates provided below and sent to the designated email address.
• The Scientific Committee will evaluate submitted abstracts for their scientific content, formatting, and relevance to the theme of the event. If necessary, abstracts may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.
